It’s Wrong, Know Your Rights

The City of Chicago’s first-ever Human-Tracking Awareness campaign.

The Work:

We aimed to empower workers in Chicago so that they can discern if they are a victim of labor or sex trafficking. We created OOH pieces and social assets for the City of Chicago channels as well as content for the chicago.gov human tracking awareness site.

My Role:

As someone raised by refugee immigrants, I heard stories of workplace exploitation from my own family members. I also understood the challenge of navigating a new home and job in a second language and made sure our work would reach those who may not be fluent English readers with simple, easy-to-understand English copy.
